The Timber Guy® is the online furniture brand of Sunrise International, Jodhpur. By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Product Selling Terms together with the applicable policies and product-specific information displayed on the website.

These terms of offer for sale ("Supply Terms") apply to products and services purchased through www.thetimberguy.com ("the Website"), owned and operated by Sunrise International, Jodhpur.
In these Supply Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sunrise International and/or The Timber Guy® as applicable. "You", "your", "customer" and "user" refer to the person purchasing products or services through the Website.
Please read these Supply Terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing a product or service through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
You may also be subject to additional terms displayed on a product page, quotation, order confirmation or relevant policy page. Where a product-specific or transaction-specific term differs from these general Supply Terms, the more specific term will apply to that transaction to the extent of the difference.
The Timber Guy® is the consumer-facing online furniture brand of Sunrise International, Jodhpur.
The Website offers furniture, home furnishings, home-decor products and related services. Sunrise International is the manufacturing and business entity behind The Timber Guy®.
Products may be delivered directly by us or through authorised cargo, courier, logistics, installation or other service partners.
We may introduce, modify or discontinue products or services and may update purchasing, delivery or service procedures from time to time.
We sell a variety of furniture and related products. Product specifications, materials, sizes, finishes, configurations, prices and available options are provided on the relevant product page or communicated to the customer where applicable.
Shipping, delivery, assembly and other related services are provided according to the applicable policies, serviceability and product requirements.
Natural Material Notice: Wood is a natural material. Grain, colour, texture, knots and other natural characteristics can vary from one piece to another. Minor variations between website photographs, samples and the finished furniture are therefore possible.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law in order to purchase products or services through the Website.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including your name, contact details, shipping address, PIN code and other information required to process and deliver the order.
You are responsible for checking the product dimensions, configuration, material, finish and other relevant specifications before confirming your purchase.
The price applicable to a product is the price displayed or otherwise confirmed to you at the time of purchase, subject to correction of genuine pricing or listing errors.
Product prices, discounts, promotions and availability may change from time to time. A future price reduction or promotion does not entitle a customer to a refund of the difference on an earlier completed purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product and pricing information is accurate. However, typographical, technical or other inadvertent errors may occasionally occur.
If a product is listed or sold at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information because of an error, we may contact you with the correct information and provide the option to proceed or cancel. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.
Discounts, promotional codes, vouchers and special offers are subject to their individual conditions and validity periods. Certain promotions may not be combined with other discounts or sale offers.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to orders already validly confirmed under that promotion.
Payment may be made using the payment methods available at checkout or otherwise agreed with us for the particular transaction.
Where payment is made by credit card, debit card, net banking or another electronic payment method, payment information may be submitted directly to the applicable approved payment gateway or financial service provider.
Payment Details: You must use a payment method that you are lawfully authorised to use. Full card details and CVV information are not directly stored by The Timber Guy®.
Domestic delivery is subject to destination serviceability, product size, road-cargo availability and other logistical requirements.
Furniture orders, excluding smaller home-decor items, are generally transported by road through established cargo and logistics companies.
After a product is ready and dispatched, delivery normally takes approximately 3–11 days, depending on the distance from Jodhpur and destination serviceability.
Free shipping is available to locations directly served by the road-cargo companies with whom we work.
Some remote locations may require an additional delivery charge. Where an additional charge applies, we will inform you before proceeding so that you may accept the charge or cancel the order.
In rare cases where delivery cannot be completed beyond the cargo company's nearest branch or we are otherwise unable to deliver the order, we will notify you and arrange the applicable refund.
For heavy furniture, standard delivery means delivery to the ground floor or nearest accessible point within the premises. It does not automatically include carrying furniture inside the home or to an upper floor.
Where available, upper-floor delivery may be separately arranged through the cargo company at an additional cost.

Free assembly is available only for eligible products and serviceable cities as stated in our current Domestic Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy.
Eligible products currently include selected dining table sets, king and queen-size beds, and sofa sets in specified serviceable cities.
If our assembly team is unexpectedly unable to provide assembly for an eligible product in a listed serviceable city, the current policy provides reimbursement of up to ₹400 per set towards assembly by a local carpenter.
Please contact us before ordering if assembly availability is important for your purchase.
Cancellation eligibility depends on when the request is received, whether production has begun and whether the order has already been dispatched.
For an unshipped order cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, a 10% cancellation charge will apply.
If the order has already been shipped, the original shipping cost, return-shipping cost and 10% cancellation charge will be deducted from the refund.
If production has already begun or the product is ready for dispatch, cancellation may not always be possible.
For an unshipped order cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase, a 20% cancellation charge will apply.
If the order has already been shipped, the original shipping cost, return-shipping cost and 20% cancellation charge will be deducted from the refund.
If production has begun or the product is ready for dispatch, we may be unable to accept the cancellation.
Customized and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

If a return or replacement is approved, the furniture must be safely repacked using the original or equivalent protective material.
For an approved return, we will arrange doorstep reverse pickup. Approved returns for damaged, defective or incorrect products do not attract return-shipping or restocking charges.
Because solid-wood furniture is bulky and is often made or finished against an order, products cannot ordinarily be returned or exchanged merely because of a change of mind or because the customer selected an unsuitable size.
Please Check Before Ordering: Review the product dimensions, selected size, configuration, material and access requirements carefully before placing your order.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
After we initiate the refund, the payment provider or issuing bank normally takes approximately 3–5 working days to process it.
Bank, card or EMI-related interest and charges are governed by the customer's agreement with the relevant bank or finance provider.
If The Timber Guy must cancel all or part of an order because we are unable to fulfil it, we will notify the customer and refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or portion of the order.
We do not provide compensation or interest on the amount paid where an order or part of an order must be cancelled because we are unable to fulfil it.
Where a product carries a specific warranty, the applicable warranty period, scope and conditions will be those stated on the relevant product page, invoice, warranty information or applicable policy.
A warranty or claim may not apply where damage results from misuse, improper handling, unsuitable environmental conditions, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear or use contrary to applicable care instructions, subject always to rights available under applicable law.

Furniture made from natural materials can vary from piece to piece. Solid wood may display differences in grain direction, colour, texture, mineral markings, knots and other naturally occurring characteristics.
Website photographs are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, differences in natural materials, handmade processes, screen settings, photography and lighting can result in minor variations in appearance.
Such natural variation should not by itself be treated as a manufacturing defect where the product otherwise conforms to the agreed specification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sunrise International shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of products or services where such liability may lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where liability arises in connection with a particular product or service, our liability will be subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the individual claim.
Nothing in these Supply Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Supply Terms and transactions made through the Website are governed by the applicable laws of India.
Subject to any rights or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes arising in connection with these Supply Terms or transactions made through the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
